I too have been unable to find out any information on Mutiari other than very basic company information.

I stepped away from HCT (at 6.8c taking a loss on the chin) because I was tired of promises and no delivery i.e. no sales!

I wonder just how achievable it is for HCT to have a big deal selling into China when so many other big companies are struggling at the moment.

I am particularly suspicious of the reference in the announcement suggesting to sell to "the Buddhist and Muslim communities". There is huge global ill-feeling towards China at the moment as a result of their treatment of minority groups in their population - https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-china-22278037 Do you really think that the Dr. and his "colleagues" can succeed and sell in this environment?
