Can anyone explain how the reporting of actual and historic results for 12 months to June 2020 cannot be reported due to incompletion of a refinancing process in December 2020. I can't make a logical connection? Unless the auditors aren't able to sign off on an asset valuation which underpins solvency of the entity?
