I don't know whether I entirely agree with your comment "everything Rivas has done is being unwound", this would indicate what Rivas did was good. The reason the company is in the current state is because of what Rivas did, the unwinding is trying to right the company however the question is whether a greater change than Rivas is required considering the LT was key in creating its demise.

I feel there still is value, although question whether the right LT is in place to realise this value.
