dilution matters to you shareholder. time to market and how much money is spent between then and now matters to the value of your stock. you dont seem to realise. when you set a path the long way around, perhaps prioritising consulting fees (who's to know?), taking your time ensure you plan the engineering of things over and over, different plans (and pay yourself exceeding well to do so) the share price sinks. those arent good fundamentals.
