"Chapmans Limited (CHP) advises that it has entered into a conditional agreement with a Victorian private company which will entitle Chapmans to acquire a five percent interest in the company.
The private company is the holder of intellectual property covered by patents in respect of the storing and dispensing of carbonated beverages for domestic and commercial uses.
