You have to realise that sales for tenders and projects will be for Governments. The new budgets start in July so great timing I would think. Governments bosses or engineers don't just arrive at work and the boss says while having a few wines last night I decided to build a new road between A and B. It is at the pointy end of Government contracts come Monday. Whether we have lag time with tendering processes we will have to wait and see.
Anyone with experience in this field care to comment.
