It does say the interim mixer "is intended to be used after the full capacity mixing system is installed , as a second mixing system for the future production of other variants of Edencrete that are currently being planned"

Seems like using the interim mixer is good planning to me as can be used as a guinea pig for getting the right design for the larger mixer and the interim mixer will have future use after it is replaced by the larger mixer ,from my experience as a millwright I read it as a positive not a negative after doing many plant refits , and seeing the result of machines not optimized before installation for their purpose the practical side of scale up in fluid kinematics is one can often increase production above nameplate by fine tuning a system (using the interim mixer as a guinea pig ) - could happen here so that the 2.4 mgpa becomes 2.6 mgpa
