    Technically, I guess clean 50% retracement of the last low-high run (Jun-Dec 09) and now trying for a new high. Has been going nowhere for over 5 years, despite seeming "cheap" and increasing earnings. Next couple of weeks will decide if this is the start of a long-awaited, long-term uptrend. Would be good to see more volume though.
