Not so sure about the cyanide, that stuff breaks down in a matter of days and that mine hasn’t been active for almost 30 years!
Even if the mine was active, I doubt the operators would be dumping cyanide into the open pit that they are extracting gold from
10 out of 10 for enthusiasm!
