MP Materials who own Mountain Pass were given 35million to help develop a heavy rare earth facility.,they supply 15% of worlds ree,Cut off grade is 3.7%,average grade is 7,%,they have recieved heaps of grants etc since being purchased for 20 million.Seems to be some big companies associated with it,where do we fit in,they also spent 500 million upgrading mountain pass,i mean they are not nobodies.
