The question is whether we have surpassed a 3-4 year low or not.
Higher high indicated by the arrow would be positive having already made a higher low.
Visually it looks like the REO is bottoming - almost looks like a 'half bowl' for those not technically versed.

All things considered still a viable project at the current prices IMHO and certainly still value upside at current price. But will see sector wide money flow if the REO price can continue.

Not many projects viable globally at todays prices. Lower cost quartile projects succeed long term.
