The Mei scoping study ruined it for the IAC REE market. After promoting a low capex , Mei came up with a 403 mill usd capex for a 5 mtpa. The question for me is how can Mei still be worthn230 mil mc when current sit prices give npv 16 mil usd. At 699 mil usd with nd-or 111. This is the issue going forward. If they can get the capex down, improve tax benefits and follow Vmm in met progress, the Npv will follow through. This is where Vmm needs to focus on the key areas that can show a definitive improvement.
