Seems you get the kit if you are 60-74, but outside that you have to pay.
This raised my eyebrows as well:
"You need to return your test kit within six months of receiving it or the laboratory won’t be able to process it. The laboratory can’t process tests which have passed their expiry date."
Had not heard that before. I can imagine plenty of tests popped in cupboards until someone got the courage to do the deed.
