I just bought in after a few years absence.
I see Perpetual has been selling out for months, no doubt mainly due to their own problems with fund outflows (See The Australian link and excerpt at bottom), rather than NHC specific issues.

Perpetual FUM drops $300m as outflow’s hit $1.1bn for June quarter

Shares in Perpetual have slumped more than 4 per cent after the investment house divulged a $300 million drop in funds under management and net outflows totalling $1.1 billion for the June quarter.

Funds under management fell to $27.1bn as at June 30, down $300m on $27.4bn in the March quarter.

That was partly due to net outflows for the quarter totalling $1.1 billion, the investment house said in a quarterly update to the ASX.

The company’s latest funds under management figure was also significantly down compared to $30.8bn the company recorded at the end of fourth quarter last year.
Total average funds under management for the three months to 30 June 2019 was $27.4 billion.
