Thanks, I have only recently looked at NHC, having exposure to it through SOL. My best guess is that it is an attempted shake-down by WICET, based on political sensitivity of long awaited graniting of permits to proceed with New Acland mine.
I take it on face value that there is no cross guarantee, as that has been tested in court.
Worst case there is $155M hole but that is peanuts compared to value of NA progressing.
