One thing that I would also like to point out for general knowledge is that the coal seams within MTE leases are less gassy then in Central and southern parts of Bowen Basin and across Hunter Valley mine. This has potential to reduce operating costs significantly due to reduced ventilation costs (including no need for gas pre-drainage) and increased production rates.
