I might have the wrong end of the stick, but as I read it there will not be any issue of any MYR shares to any current PMV holders, as the wording states that Premier is to distribute its existing and new shareholding in Myer to PMV holders by way of an in specie capital return (being a cash payment,) and an in specie dividend distribution, (another cash payment.)
Please let me know if I have it wrong, but I'm not seeing the mention of any MYR shares being issued to PMV holders as a result of this deal.
