    What's gonna be stated in dml's target statement due on 22-Nov? Reason why 1.70 is not reasonable offer and let CFC know what the acceptable level will be? I reckon we will be safe stay above 1.70, better keep holding till target report comes out and possibly a higher offer from CFC again?? Any thoughts?
