Ludicrous to lock up shares for such a long time with such extended periods of non information or communication from Directors. This stinks from the Head and to buy a non operating mine without processing capability on site is madness to begin with . It will no doubt become clearer in the near future who will benefit most from this deal..not the retail investors my guess.
