    .20 per share (post consolidation)..this is stated in the announcement.. so yea. Consolidation is incoming. Basically, the last 2 years of holding this stock now equates to nothing... no gain.. all of the potential lost due to being suspended... great.

    so the real winners are the people entering now.. sigh. What a waste of time.
