    I am a bit perplexed with some of the comments re today's announcement.

    I believe there could have been absolute carnage to the share price if somehinng wasn't done before the Escrow period ended.

    Hopefully this puts a floor on the share price and brings in investors that were holding back because of the Escrow shares
