My first thoughts on the CRL deal were it was a dogs breakfast, just some desperate attempt to patch a hole in a leaking rain water tank.
After thinking about it for a couple of days, the reason for IG6 to take control of CRL for now, could well possibly be so they are in control of a orderly sale of the 25% of IG6 shares Comet owns, to a entity or entities that the IG6 board are happy with, where the shares are released from escrow.
There can be no sale of these shares while they are still under escrow, so hopefully there maybe a corner stone entity interested in buying them as well as taking a significant placement to fund future operations, I suppose all will be revealed once the shares are released from escrow, I hope that it’s not the dogs breakfast scenario that plays out.
