I'm not a holder, which means this is obviously easy for me to say, but I would stay patient. The Queensland government does not make it easy to get these sorts is projects going, so I really don't think COI are being unusually slow.
I think maybe people (shareholders) get used to things happening (relatively ) faster in exploration/appraisal and don't realise how much red tape has to be dealt with when it comes to development, particularly since most of the interest in gas companies on HotCopper is in exploration, where things happen quick and prices change a lot.
