It's because of the victorian assets going to Outback goldfields and a result of PTR shareholders now receiving their shares in Outback for the victorian assets.
So the share price/equity will decrease based on losing this asset.
Anyway back to this thread. Hoping now we see some progress on drilling here. Seems like everything is going slow and we are still awaiting drilling results that are long overdue. That's also probably what is causing the price to fall.
