Flip side of the selling is a bargain at 30.5 cents a market gap of $255M for billions of dollars of proven reserves. Someone is getting some great buying from the impatience of long term holders. I understand it has been a long time to get proven reserves and be on the cusp of production but selling down or out for 30 odd cents seems crazy to me.
