Hey Dropbear,
I get what your saying - but often regardless of income people generally have various places to spend there $$$ so I still see a guy that is entrenched in the industry putting what he may have spare at this minute is a vote of confidence and really - that $100k could be a lazy Mill in under two years so it's half a no brainer.
What I find more baffling is the general lack of interest given that is a highly likely outcome.....
