I was expecting a cap raising as they really dont have much in kitty. It really peeves me though when an announ such as this begs heaps more questions due to the minimal amount of information given. I dont think this has got anything to do with the directors being given shares in lieu of salary as per previous announ. It looks like there is a SI allocation happening. BUt what price? how many? which broker?

I'm guessing. .5cent , 20m to raise $1m? just enough to keep them going. They seem to be going thru about $.5m per quarter. and then there is the Montenegro purchase. I'd like to see them raise $5m but i dont think so right now.
But this announ really isn't good enough and puts further doubts in my mind that we have directors that really care for shareholders. Whenever there is poor communication it generally does not bode well.
