    We all know the history of recent com pany Announcements.

    Some here think that the lack of clarity about WTF is going on may be due to commercial-in-confidence negotiations behind closed doors - indicating that all results are received but legitimately withheld from the Market.

    How likely is that to be the case? Of course, very hard to say but I'm wondering whether the lack of any clarifying announcements is consistent with the BP negotiations scenario OR would/should management have announced that results had been received but had to be withheld due to negotiations?
