Portsea7, if Idean's very logical assessment proves to be correct and frankly, I can't see why it can't, I am sure that the S.I.s, even existing SHs, would not hesitate to support a CR to complete this programme.
Those S.I.s that took part in the last placement will be banging on the door to get a piece of it. The oppies will also be in the money, making it a double whammy.
Why wouldn't those S.I.s and existing shareholders not want to be a part of that action??
