The project, which will be a top-10 global producer, has received Major Project Facilitation status from the NT Government.

The words used now...
Mount Peake Project, which will be a *****potentially***** world-class, long-life strategic metals project producing three highly valuable products: high-purity vanadium pentoxide (V2O5), iron oxide (Fe2O3) and titanium dioxide (TiO2).

Hope I am reading into it too much. Maybe just a legal thing.!
