    From the distribution agreement, Bioscreens estimated product sales revenue to be about $125,000 per quarter. The minimum sales figure requirement as per the distribution agreement for 2008(to be read 2009 because of development delays) was $31,250 per quarter. SBL produces the test strips and bioscreens makes the actual device. I am not sure what the split is on total revenue or whether SBL in fact takes a slice of the retail price of each unit marketed ans sold by Bioscreens? Promising development although.
