so i get this right??

On a one-off basis, David will receive the following transition benefits as partial
compensation for vested and unvested STI, LTI and other entitlements that he
will forfeit on resigning from his current employment:
• AUD 1,270,000 cash payment on commencement date;
he gets 1.3 mill when he starts.
and
• AUD 3,700,000 of rights to acquire ordinary shares calculated by
reference to the 90-day VWAP over the period that ends five ASX
trading days before the commencement date,
currently between 10-11$
with 50% vesting on the
first anniversary of the commencement date and the remaining 50%
vesting on the second anniversary of the commencement date.
so i get this part right. he has the right to purchcase 1.85 mill worth of shares at 10-11$ on his one year anniversary, and again on his second anniversary.

this been correct, and assuming the stock price will easily go back to at least fair value of $16 inside a year. (notwithstanding market doom of course) would be an additional to his salary about 1-1.1million dollars if he sold them when they vest.

so i guess at a minimum hes on 1.3 mill salary more likely 2.3-2.4 for the first 2 years all going well at a minimum. not even taking into account the short and long term incentives.

not too clued up on what a fair wage is for a CEO ive been finding it difficult to gauge fairness with these really big numbers...
