Haha but shhhhhhh. When the new financial year starts ill be in a position to top up a good bit more than i have been able to recently. Hopefully i will get what i want before PGD gets more expensive. But, hey, Im still happy seeing the value of my current lot improve, and if their various tenaments prove up spectacularly, I expect my current holdings will make me quite content.
