I called one of my brokers yesterday that offers AMEUF to trade and they said that at this point they are not allowing ANTTY buys yet. There's obviously something that still needs to be sorted with either OTC Markets, FINRA or the SEC because the OTC Markets site linked above lists ANTTY as "Pink Current", which means the company is current in their financials and should have no restrictions on trading, but there is a warning note attached as well which can limit trading.
I'm sure it will get smoothed out soon. Any time a stock undergoes a reverse split or gets uplisted there's an adjustment period as it goes through the regulatory process so this is no different even though it's somewhat of a special case. The bottom line is that it'll start trading soon and t's good news to finally be getting a real US listing even though it's still over the counter and not on a major exchange yet.
