These guys are also 12 months away from BFS and are in Brazil, yet they are trading at 11c with a decent top 10 register, yet RUM can't muster a thing of good for shareholders to get the price moving, quite the opposite with the low ball raise.
They also have had 2 seperate brokers release research reports, RUM, none.
