I think the directors will be thrilled with current price. Makes it look like they have paid a premium for their new shares so deserve the free options and we should all blindly vote yes as a show of support for their strategic brilliance.
I think the board worshippers will also be very satisfied because if we ever get back to 12c they will be able to crow about how spectacular the board is to have increased the SP by 100%.
Personally I don't think anyone at PAA has any idea when much overdue results will come in. Nothing is their fault and everything is beyond their control. Why try and find out why things have been delayed if they have no intention of passing the information on to the market.
