You're talking about two different things there, Bucky.
The SP being higher or lower than the price someone got in at is nothing to do with the consolidation - that's just SP movements.
The consolidation occurred over the period 29 October 2015 to 12 November 2015.
Before consolidation shares were trading at around 0.005 to 0.006.
Post the 20:1 consolidation shares traded at around 10 cents to 12 cents.
So while some SH may not have liked the consolidation and sold their holdings, the actual act of consolidating shares occurred on a same-same basis. Each share represented the same proportion of the whole value of the company before and after the consolidation.
Its the same as asking if you want 5 slices of a pizza that contains 10 slices in total, or 1 slice of a pizza that contains 2 slices in total. Same-same.
Am I missing something here? This is pretty basic maths.
