I have no idea what the biomarkers will show.
Once they are out we will cross reference the biomarkers against other studies on known drugs and trial drugs benefiting MND/ALS sufferers and try and get a comparison.
Secondly, if enough data is given , it may be possible to cross reference cognitive and functional ratings of the patients to see the clearance factor on misfolded proteins in the
brain.
I seriously hope I will have my head down doing research. A fascinating prospect.
Also another dog has joined the trial. Mia an 8 year old Staffy X, who has been on MPL for 20 days located Texas. Lymph nodes have not changed in size . So that's good news.
