I can prove that Hawkstone failed to file other paperwork to maintain its corporate status in Arizona. I don't know the details of Big Sandy conflict but I know the BLM claim has a deadline for renewal every year and if it is missed, someone else can put their stakes in the ground. Since AZL predicts settlement next month, we may soon learn details.
