I saw that reply, but its a routine answer that has been wheeled out for the past 8 months. I asked for an understanding as to what the specific holds up were, why we had to renegotiate another agreement/deal in the first place (no one has asked this - it seems like something strange to do 10 months into a DD process) and when they would update the market with some actual substance as to the the deal and its holdup.

We are beyond the argument "its a new industry" etc. This is a DD on a takeover of an overseas company, in which we have contracted lawyers and other relevant professionals to spearhead and lead the process. If there was issues with licence transfers or something technical then it would be a reasonable justification to put to the market - and we would have a greater level of understanding and relative sympathy. But they havent, they havent told us anything except wheel out targets for the finalisation of the deal which they have continued to miss.

As it stands for me, now, we have no reason given to us on why a relatively straight forward acquisition is taking nearly a year to process, and that is from the date the ANN was made to market, not from the date internally they were looking at PANAX.

It's just not acceptable.
