DG (imo) has done a good job of nailing down the right partner on the other stock he is engaged by. It took him a while to get that one bedded down (well as bedded as an MOU is) too. I think the graphite space is probably even more fragmented and as such choosing the right partner is more complicated here.

Things are locked down at home now with resource ownership and land rights progressing. Feasibilities are ongoing and as such they are looking at the last piece of the puzzle. I don't know DG personally but if I have learnt anything about the way he operates over the years he will be looking for not just a partner but one who has financial firepower behind them and the ability to fund a mine. That is the key in these opaque/difficult fringe commodity markets in my opinion.
