Am I right to think that the Take over offer will require LPE to have an Expert Report which should provide some greater transparency into the business? Rather than the opaque reporting by the previous CEO and Chairman? Clearly current and potential shareholders had lost complete faith in the previous management and board. Will an Expert Report be helpful for shareholders? Apart from the comments by Holdtight and others, we really need to have some clarity around how they have (or have not) been selling 'behind the meter strata network systems. This seems to be where there is future potential. River Capital are not trying to buy for the current business but for what is achievable in the future with the right management, sales and implementation teams. Good to see the share price is up again today at 8.5 cents.
