I am ready to accept the Base Scenario of 8c as a no-brainer in view of the current prospects discovered, the JVs entered into, the extent of the tenements (total JV and 100%) and number of prospects with inferred resources. Beyond that is a matter of speculation.
Bear Scenario? Who cares? Any decent investor would have cleared out beforehand anyway.
