this is what i have been alluding to BobbyKennedy for a month or so
think they are finished buying for now so 2 scenarios now imo
1) buyer declares identity (who is using Instinet to buy? a individual or entity or external Co?)
2) do nothing and wait until assays, if they are crapola then maybe "they" reduce holdings, OR increase for a major stake

not long to wait for initial results to get a bit of an idea
