That is a bit odd, but nominee accounts having different rules doesnt sound too unlikely.
Regardless, you and al are right in saying they are almost out of ammo, going off that broker data. There was 1m volume just today so shouldnt be long before the selling stops and the buying takes over.
Chart looks like it agrees too.
