EvertonCol... and whilst those 'off-market' facilities are in place to redistribute any such shares without affecting the market, it is also worth remembering that there will probably only be a relatively small number of shares changing hands post-escrow because the bulk of those 54 million shares were held by Directors or others close to the core. Also, if you have a look at the remaining 82 million shares remaining in voluntary escrow (as per the list below), virtually all of those are divided between the various entities of the Directors. The register should remain fairly tightly-held for the next few years so if the oil starts to flow at a good rate, the share price will move in a big way.
