Teh biggest problem i see MRD having in this case to production is the lack of labour force, more specifically Road Train Drivers and experienced ones at that.
There has already been a big recruitment drive for drivers, most notably FEX, GWR and MIN resources.
Whilst FEX and GWR seem to have got their drivers, MIN is currently lacking in this environment and has taken a down grade due to it.

There is also the other problem with MRD they dont seem to have a shed at the moment at Geraldton, so this presents another hurdle.

MRD i find will get there but it will take time for a fleet to be built or for them to contract out the transport, either way you look at it, it wont happen over night.

To a better extent it might be worth MRD teaming up with a player who is already up and running, this would enable MRD to hit the ground running and capture the high iron ore prices.
