From the announcement of the 14th it was clearly stated:
The Company is in the process of setting up its exploration base at Mukabe-Kasari and sourcing a suitable drill service provider.
Near term can mean anything, especially if you introduce your sentiments and allow them to control you. This project is moving ahead and this update shows it so.
The SP (imo) can only go up from here.
