    The announcement was always going to be fluff. Even if they said they have a drill rig.... my opinion is it's gonna test 14 before it breaks out of the long term downtrend. Just my opinion and yes that's only 2 pips but around 15% and I dare say there's more short termer than long other than people stuck in.
