What a great asset this is and how much greater it can be with the multiple commodoties
You dont find acerage like this in many places.
Truly remarkable potential when you consider this is 118m! The rare earth FID alone is worth 10x, add to that phosphate, fluourspa, niobium - this asset is the making a global commodoty mammoth imo.
But its a loooonnnnggg journey, i'd be happy with the REE mine and will free carry the rest for the kids
